Neil Seitchik

Neil Seitchik joined Edwards in 2017 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 20 years of business management experience to the company’s financial and contractual operations.

Neil is responsible for managing financial and contractual affairs across the organization. He helps ensure compliance with cost accounting, auditing, and tax requirements while supporting internal Edwards financial policies and procedures and applicable Government and private industry regulations.

Neil works closely with the Edwards leadership team to understand the profitability of existing contracts, maintain access to sufficient working capital, and strengthen financial reporting across the organization.

Before joining Edwards, Neil served as the finance and contracts lead for both small and mid-sized Government contractors and their executive teams. Throughout his career, he has developed and implemented process improvements in labor reporting, budgeting, and costing.

Neil is an active Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island.
