MATT hOEPER

Matt Hoeper is the Director of Commercial Programs at Edwards Performance Solutions, where he leads cybersecurity and compliance initiatives and serves as the company’s Lead Certified CMMC Assessor (CCA).

Matt brings more than 25 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, and compliance. His work has supported organizations across engineering, finance, marketing, healthcare, and other industries as they strengthen their security posture and navigate requirements including CMMC 2.0, HIPAA, and NIST frameworks.

With a Master’s in Management Information Systems and a background in project management, Matt combines technical knowledge with strategic insight. His certifications include PMP, CISSP, CCP, Lead CCA, PA, and CI, giving him a broad perspective on complex cybersecurity programs, risk management, compliance, and assessment readiness.

Throughout his career, Matt has worked closely with senior leadership teams to develop cybersecurity strategies that align with business objectives. His focus extends beyond meeting compliance requirements to helping organizations build stronger, more resilient security programs over time.
