NASA SEWP VI (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement), pronounced “soup,” is a Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) providing Federal agencies and approved contractors access to Information Technology, Communication, and Audio-Visual (ITC/AV) products, solutions, and services.

How to Order

NASA SEWP VI Ordering Process

The ordering process for NASA SEWP VI typically follows these steps.

  1. Define the Requirement

    The end user identifies the requirement and develops the Purchase Request (PR).

  2. Submit to Agency Procurement

    The Purchase Request, along with any required funding information, is submitted through the issuing agency’s procurement process.

  3. Issue the Delivery Order

    The issuing agency’s procurement office issues the Delivery Order (DO) against the appropriate SEWP contract.

  4. SEWP PMO Review and Processing

    The NASA SEWP Program Management Office (PMO) reviews, processes, and tracks the Delivery Order and forwards it to the Contract Holder.

  5. Order Modifications

    Any modifications to an order must also route through the NASA SEWP Program Management Office.
