This contract is available for use by all Maryland state agencies, local governments, and municipalities.
The state will issue task orders (TOs) based on labor categories and rates defined within the contract.

The purpose of the Maryland Department of Information Technology (DoIT) Delivery Program Management Office’s (DPMO) Task Order Request Contract is to provide a streamlined procurement process to access a “pool” of pre-qualified resources that may be engaged through work orders to support efforts in planning and implementation of IT projects. The vehicle encompasses three categories of services:
