CMMC At Sea Sponsorship Payment & Event Terms

All sponsorship fees are non‑refundable, unless the CMMC at Sea event is canceled.

In the event the cruise or event is canceled, rescheduled, delayed, or materially modified due to circumstances beyond the control of the event organizers—including, but not limited to, acts of God, weather, government actions, public health events, mechanical issues, or actions by the cruise line or port authorities (“Force Majeure”)—the sponsor agrees that liability is limited to the sponsorship fees paid. The event is subject to the terms, conditions, and operational requirements of the cruise line and its designated partners, including itinerary changes, port substitutions, onboard policy changes, or cancellation without further liability to sponsors.
