Lily Vasilarakis

Lily Vasilarakis joined Edwards in 2017 and now serves as Senior Human Resources Manager, overseeing human resources operations and working closely with employees and leadership to support the needs of the organization.

Lily supports a broad range of human resources functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, professional development, compliance, and HR policies and programs. Her role helps ensure employees and leaders have the information, resources, and support they need throughout the employee experience.

With more than 10 years of experience with Edwards, Lily has developed a strong understanding of the company, its employees, and its day-to-day operations. She works across the organization to help address HR needs, support organizational priorities, and navigate issues that affect both employees and leadership.

Lily is focused on fostering a workplace where employees have opportunities to grow, develop, and succeed while helping the organization maintain consistent and effective human resources practices.
