Jeff Bongiovani

Jeff Bongiovani joined Edwards in 2018 as an Instructional Systems Designer and now serves as Training Solution Area Lead, overseeing training-based customer engagements and the development of Edwards training programs.

Jeff brings more than 20 years of classroom training and instructional systems design experience. At Edwards, he manages customer training engagements and oversees the design and development of new and existing courses for both internal and external audiences.

Before joining Edwards, Jeff worked as a trainer with New Horizons International Training Company, teaching a wide range of software, programming, business, and technical subjects. His instructional experience included courses in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL.

Jeff also spent two decades teaching piano, trumpet, and music theory, bringing an additional background in individualized instruction and learning to his work as a training professional.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Loyola University of Baltimore and a CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) certification.
