Hillel Glazer (Entinex, Inc.) led the appraisal with a team that included CMMI for Services: Guidelines for Superior Service co-author Eileen Forrester.
CMMI is an improvement framework that provides organizations with many elements essential to monitoring, measuring, and improving the performance of service based businesses.
A Maturity Level 3 rating in CMMI for Services indicates Edwards has well-defined processes and the infrastructure to support and improve customer service delivery. This level shows an invested commitment to customer facing and back-office processes. Our standards, procedures, tools, and methods are organizationally specified while leaving maximum engagement flexibility. Edwards’ set of standard processes – the basis for Maturity Level 3 – is established and continually improved.
