We are listed as #38 out of the 95 organizations selected for the Small Employers award. Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Energage, LLC, a leading research firm specializing in organizational health and workplace improvement. With 2020 came its own set of challenges, including a 100% remote workforce – making the honor this year is particularly meaningful.
