Columbia, MD, 5/19/2022 – Edwards Performance Solutions (Edwards) is pleased to announce our appraisal at Maturity Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)® for Services V2.0. Hillel Glazer of Entinex, Inc. led the appraisal.
CMMI is an improvement framework that provides organizations with many elements essential to monitoring, measuring, and improving the performance of service-based businesses.

A Maturity Level 3 rating in CMMI for Services indicates Edwards has well-defined processes and the infrastructure to support and improve customer service delivery. This level shows an invested commitment to customer facing and back-office processes. Our standards, procedures, tools, and methods are organizationally specified while leaving maximum engagement flexibility. Edwards’ set of standard processes – the basis for Maturity Level 3 – is established and continually improved.
