We are pleased to announce Edwards Performance Solutions as an awardee of the 36th Governor’s Service Award from the Governor’s Office on Service and Volunteerism, in the Small Businesses category. This award recognizes Maryland’s individuals and organizations for their significant contributions to the state and its citizens; and their work to change Maryland for the better.
From a pool of over 200 nominees, Edwards was one of 19 honorees selected in the state. Our contributions to school supply drives, essay clinics, meal donations, and holiday drives are just a few recent examples of our employee’s hands-on service in the community. The award also takes into account donated funds to include sponsorships, employee donation matches, and philanthropic contributions.
We are proud of the time and money our employees give to further Edwards’ core value, “Community Connection is Vital” and hope to continue our charitable work – financial and otherwise – for the foreseeable future.
