Module & Course Information

Edwards offers Instructor-led and Virtual Learning, as well as Course Books available for purchase. eLearning topics are available as Courses and individual Modules. Please click here to view our full course catalog. Courses are commercial-off-the shelf (COTS). COTS are generic courses that can be tailored and customized to meet your specified learning needs.

Yes. Edwards is a Registered Authorized Training Partner (A.T.P) with the Project Management Institute (PMI). PDUs are available for PMI project management based courses. Course/Module PDUs are listed in the catalog.

Modules/Courses are available to view for 180 days after purchase. Supplemental materials/resources (e.g., handouts, case studies) are available to download and yours to keep. Course materials are available for download during VILT sessions.

A module concentrates on one particular lesson/topic. A course is a curated selection of modules exploring a major concept.

Synchronous training delivered in a virtual or simulated environment, where instructor and learner are in separate locations.

Yes. Transcripts are available on the user dashboard for 180 days. After the 180 day window, please submit a request here.

Yes. A Certificate of Completion will be provided upon successful completion of a module or course.

No. We currently only provide modules and courses in English.

How to Purchase

Yes. Our promotional video provides a look into the interactive features of courses/modules. Users also have the option to purchase a module before purchasing a full course.

Synchronous Offerings (Live Instruction)

Edwards will allow you to cancel or reschedule an offering thirty (30) or more days prior to the start date of the offering at no charge. If you must cancel or reschedule with less notice, you will be required to pay a fee based on the number of days leading up to the offering date. Greater than fifteen (15) days prior to offering date, there is a 50% fee of the full price to cancel or reschedule. Less than fifteen (15) days and no shows are not eligible for a refund. Users can re-schedule based upon offering availability at full price.

Asynchronous Offerings (Self-Paced)

Edwards will provide you with a refund if you provide Edwards with notice of cancellation prior to accessing an Virtual Learning offerings and associated content and/or Licensed Content, as applicable. Notice of cancellation must be provided within 48 hours of purchase, and before you access the Virtual Learning offerings and associated content and/or Licensed Content. All inquiries must be submitted through our customer service form here.

A five percent (5%) administration fee will be deducted from total price upon cancellation.

To obtain a refund for a cancellation, fill out the form here. or call us at 443.561.0180 prior to accessing Virtual Learning offerings.

No refunds will be made after you access Virtual Learning offerings and associated content and/or Licensed Content. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request. Instead of a qualifying refund, you may also choose to apply your payment towards another Virtual Learning offerings and associated content and/or Licensed Content if you have not yet accessed the purchase.

Purchased content is available for 90 days. You may revisit module/course content as frequently as desired during the 90 day window.

Technical

VILT courses leverage Zoom meetings, learners must be abble to access Zoom prior to training (web-based or application). A web camera and/or microphone are not required, but enhance your ability to interact with the instructor and ultimately your learning experience. eLearning Courses/Modules do not require additional plugins or software downloads.

Yes. All modules/courses follow American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Section 508 Accessibility Requirements.

Yes. Absorb records your progress and allows you to return to the beginning of the slide you left off. Since Absorb is a web-based software, you can access where you left off using any device.
