December 16, 2021 — Edwards has always been a people focused organization and now we’ve formalized it.
People, Culture, & Education (PC&E) is a new department, joining forces of HR, recruiting, employee engagement, and training to provide insightful, people focused initiatives and processes. Edwards former Training & Development Director, Andrea Linton, is now the Director of PC&E – driving the department’s mission to cultivate an organization where quality talent is recruited and retained.
PC&E is committed to fostering a work environment where culture and engagement is infused in everything we do. We believe the stronger a company’s culture, the better employees understand what is expected of them and what they’re working toward. This organically feeds PC&E’s goals to hire and retain top talent, improve employee morale, provide educational opportunities, and ultimately cultivate an environment where employees enjoy coming to work.
