Photo Sponsor

This sponsorship applies to official CMMC at Sea event photography only. The sponsor logo will be added to photos produced and distributed through official CMMC at Sea channels. It does not apply to attendee photos, personal photos, third-party photography, or other unofficial images.

The Photo Sponsor receives prominent brand visibility across official CMMC at Sea event photography, extending sponsorship exposure well beyond the conference itself. The sponsor’s logo will be added to official event photos produced and shared by CMMC at Sea, creating repeated brand recognition across post-event content, social media, event recaps, and other official communications. Sponsorship also includes logo placement on the event website and select event signage, providing visibility both during the conference and through the official imagery shared afterward.

Sponsorship Payment & Event Terms

All sponsorship fees are non‑refundable, unless the CMMC at Sea event is canceled. In the event the cruise or event is canceled, rescheduled, delayed, or materially modified due to circumstances beyond the control of the event organizers—including, but not limited to, acts of God, weather, government actions, public health events, mechanical issues, or actions by the cruise line or port authorities (“Force Majeure”)—the sponsor agrees that liability is limited to the sponsorship fees paid. The event is subject to the terms, conditions, and operational requirements of the cruise line and its designated partners, including itinerary changes, port substitutions, onboard policy changes, or cancellation without further liability to sponsors.
