The Defense Contractor Conference Pass gives eligible defense contractor attendees a more flexible way to join us aboard the Celebrity Beyond. Purchase your conference access through Edwards Performance Solutions for $295 per attendee, then book your cruise accommodations separately with Celebrity Cruises using the contractor-exclusive booking link provided after registration.

This option is designed for attendees who want more control over their cruise reservation, whether you plan to use Celebrity rewards, choose a different cruise package, travel with family or additional guests, or simply prefer to manage your own booking.

  • Access to CMMC at Sea conference sessions and programming
  • Admission to the official CMMC at Sea Happy Hour
  • One month of FutureFeed access
  • CMMC at Sea attendee materials and welcome bag
  • Access to the CMMC community, speakers, sponsors, and participating organizations throughout the event

Cruise Accommodations Are Booked Separately

The Defense Contractor Conference Pass does not include your Celebrity Beyond cruise reservation.

After purchasing your Conference Pass, you will receive a contractor-exclusive Celebrity Cruises booking link. You are responsible for selecting and paying for your own cabin and managing all cruise-related arrangements directly through Celebrity Cruises. Your separate cruise reservation determines the accommodations, packages, and onboard amenities included with your sailing.

The $295 Conference Pass does not include:

  • Cruise fare or cabin accommodations
  • Wi-Fi or beverage packages
  • Cruise gratuities, taxes, fees, or optional add-ons
  • Airfare, ground transportation, parking, or other travel expenses
  • Travel insurance
  • Cabin-delivered gifts or amenities included specifically with CMMC at Sea managed cabin packages

Already Purchased Your Pass? One More Step.

Once you complete your Celebrity Cruises reservation, please forward your Celebrity booking confirmation to the CMMC at Sea team. This allows us to match your cruise reservation with your conference registration and make sure you are included on the final attendee list. Your Conference Pass secures your conference access only. A confirmed Celebrity Cruises reservation is still required to sail and participate in CMMC at Sea.

Choose the Conference Pass + CCP at Sea option when purchasing. CCP at Sea is offered at its standard registration rate and provides structured CMMC Certified Professional training during designated sea days.

CCP at Sea is optional and is not required to attend the broader CMMC at Sea conference.

Conference Pass purchases are non-refundable. Cruise reservations, cancellations, changes, and all other cruise-related matters are governed separately by Celebrity Cruises and the terms associated with your individual reservation. Purchasing a Conference Pass does not reserve a cabin or guarantee availability aboard the Celebrity Beyond. Attendees are responsible for completing their Celebrity Cruises reservation after receiving the contractor booking link.
