DESCRIPTION:Camp Attaway will be hosting a virtual Gin & Jazz Gala to celebrate their 25th anniversary on Wednesday\, June 9 at 6pm. The evening will feature a mixology lesson from Derek Brown\, owner of the Columbia Room\, and he will teach how to craft memorable drinks by connecting them to history. Derek is also an advocate of non-alcoholic cocktails and is passionate about helping people understand spiritless products and\, more importantly\, how to use them. All proceeds from this event will support Camp Attaway and their mission to help children with complex needs. \nThe Camp’s mission is simple: A place for children with severe behavioral and emotional challenges to have fun. Its values clear: All programming would be designed for success and no one would be turned away for an inability to pay. Over two decades later\, Camp Attaway continues to meet its mission.
