Description

Edwards has a prime, multi-year contract with the U.S. Navy under the SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) platform for acquiring support services. For this opportunity, we joined forces with two other equally experienced and tenured companies, LanTech and eMentum, who complement the existing Edwards skillsets and also provide additional depth of experience, resources, and management. Together, The Edwards Team makes a strong, capable team to serve the Navy’s requirements.

Contract Type

This contract is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) type Basic Ordering Agreement (BPA) under which Task Order (TO) awards of the following types may be executed.

  • Firm Fixed Price (FFP)
  • Fixed Price Incentive Fee (FPIF)
  • Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF)
  • Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF)

The funding ceiling for this ID/IQ contract is: $85.6B (including options)

About the Contracting Vehicle

SeaPort-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, and the U.S. Marine Corps compete their service requirements amongst more than 1800 SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders. The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members.
