This course is taught using multiple scenario OSC environments varying in size, locations, and on-prem vs. hybrid systems.
After completing the course, students will be eligible to sit for the CCA exam.
Prerequisites
The CMMC Certified Assessor (CCA) Exam Prep Course builds on knowledge from the CMMC Certified Professional (CCP) Exam Prep class. While passing the CCP Exam is not a prerequisite for participation in the CCA course, we advise students to come to class with knowledge of the material covered on the CCP Blueprint.
During the CCA Exam Prep Class, we will take a deep-dive into Level 2 Scoping, the Assessment Process, and the individual practices listed in the CMMC Assessment Guide Level 2. Please come to class with a familiarity with these topics’ source documents.
Certified CMMC Assessor course participants are not permitted to take the CCA exam until they have completed a CCP course and passed the CCP exam. It is recommended that prospective students review the CCA Blueprint and requirements for becoming a CMMC Assessor prior to registering if interested in receiving full CCA certification with the accompanying benefits.
