Sunday, December 6, The Baltimore Sun Media Group published “The Baltimore Sun Media Group Top Workplaces” – a list of the best places to work in the Baltimore Metro area. Edwards Performance Solutions was named on the 2015 list!
The Top Workplaces award is given to 100 companies divided among three categories – large, mid-sized, and small. Edwards is #27 on the Small Companies Top Workplaces Award list.
The evaluation for the Top Workplaces program is based upon feedback from the employee survey our employees completed a few months ago. Almost 87% employees responded to the survey and are thankful for all of the responses. We plan to continue to incorporate our employees feedback throughout the year so our employees always feel Edwards is truly a wonderful place to work.
