The Cybersecurity Association of Maryland (CAMI) officially named Edwards’ President and CEO, Gina Abate as their new Board of Directors Chairperson. Abate states she is excited to further the mission of Founder and Former Chairperson, Art Jacoby – promoting cybersecurity and bringing more cyber jobs to Maryland.
Abate solidified Edwards’ move into cybersecurity with the acquisition of Maryland-based company, Evolved Cyber Solutions and has been involved with CAMI since 2015. She will officially assume her position as Board Chair to lead the organization January 1, 2018.
